    Smartflow provides all equipment and personnel for the inspection. The team ensures ongoing client communication for seamless task coordination. The project starts with sensor installation and GPS data collection, followed by inspection and demobilization.

  • SmartBall has been successfully used in pipelines carrying potable water, raw water, wastewater, recycled water, crude oil, jet fuel, and more.

    It works in a wide range of materials, including steel, ductile iron, PCCP, and PVC.

    Inspections can be performed in pipes as small as 200 mm.

  • The tool can typically locate leaks within ±1.8 meters along the pipeline.n

  • SmartBall’s acoustic sensor can detect leaks with flow rates as low as 0.11 L/min.

  • External surface-mounted sensors detect ultrasonic “pings” from the ball every 3 seconds. These allow us to track its location and confirm successful travel through the system

  • Reports are typically delivered within a week, depending on project scope. Preliminary findings are often be shared on-site.
